We are all in a race, but it's not a sprint; it's a marathon, and it's not a solo race; it's a relay race. And … it is an eternal race, as well. Our commitment is to run our race in such a manner that our Lord will be pleased as we hand the baton off to those around us, as well as to the following generations.

Prayer, Part Seven: Are we ready for God to answer our prayer? (251103)
When we ask our Father for something, are we ready to receive the answer that He provides to our prayer? In other words, are we mature enough in our walk with Jesus to accept how He answers our prayers? Will we receive the answer to our prayer as God’s best for us and in His best time for us?
