We are all in a race, but it's not a sprint; it's a marathon, and it's not a solo race; it's a relay race. And … it is an eternal race, as well. Our commitment is to run our race in such a manner that our Lord will be pleased as we hand the baton off to those around us, as well as to the following generations.

Is prayer just for asking God for something? Is there a special way we need to pray to receive the answers we have prayed for? Why do some people get what they pray for, while others do not? In this episode, we begin a series on prayer to address these questions, along with others. And this is a first for us; we are in front of a live audience in Columbia, SC. As we begin this series, we lay out the questions and confusion that exist regarding prayer.
